Through thick and thin... 5 stars
I've been a devoted FFx user since before it was FFx... There were def some difficult times as it was evolving, but now (60.0 Quantum) it is better than ever... First, Mozilla a non-profit and that is a premium plus... Second, it's the most customizable browser out there. Between work and play and more work, I spend 10+ hours a day online so my environment is really important to me. I have everything set to calm minimal utilitarian and it's a comfortable and productive place to be. I haven't found any other browser as flexible... The toolsaddons are great. I have several common (and free) security addons - Avast Online Security, DisConnect and AdBlocker for Youtube - and no one knows I'm there. I use Video Download Helper daily so I can save vids and watch later locally. I also have a few pdf makers and an ebook reader. Good stuff... FFx did go through a resource hogunstable phase, but it gotten way better. It still uses 2-4 of my cpu and 1.5gb of RAM, but it's fast, smooth and stable... In my opinion, there is no better browser. I'm glad I've stuck with it and am confident that it will continue to get better and even more fun. Its one of my favorite pieces of software and I recommend it to everyone!.. And, no, I don't work for Mozilla, but I sure wouldn't mind :) Price: Free
