mouse gesture recognition StrokeIt is an advanced mouse gesture recognition engine and command processor, that you can use to perform various actions, using a mouse gesture, rather than a click or keyboard input. For example, you can hold down the right mouse button and drag your mouse to the lower left corner to minimize all windows, or drag it to the left while using Internet Explorer to go back to the previous web page. The mouse gestures can be configured on a per-application basis, allowing you to use the same gesture with different actions, depending on the program you are currently using. StrokeIt can currently recognize more than 80 pre-configured mouse gestures and can be easily trained to recognize more. Copyright Snapfiles.com

The most powerful utility going, and free 5 stars by oceanblue Aug 17, 2009
Let's you control just about any aspect of your computer with mouse gestures or "strokes". Hold down the right-button to activate then draw away, e.g. a simple line up works as 'copy' in any application, a simple line down is 'paste'. I use mine to open my favorite programs, go forward and back in Firefox/IE or type my email address automatically (amongst other things), but anything you can do with the keyboard, you can do with a mouse 'stroke'. Brilliant, and from version 0.97 works with Vista and Windows 7 too. show Review details

This is what i was looking for! 5 stars by jextuens Apr 26, 2006 (Read all my 38 reviews)
This excellent small piece of software was what I was missing in standard Windows interface for a long time. I had similar functionality in Opera, than later in Firefox via extension, and now, just any program I want to have mouse gestures support will have it. Works perfectly, makes my everyday use of computer more efficient.. Very recommended! show Review details
