Outlook add-in CannedResponses is a handy add-in for Microsoft Outlook that adds a new toolbar to the New Message dialog, which allows you to quickly insert frequently used (canned) responses, as well as emoticons and even file attachments - all with a click of your mouse. You can organize your text snippets in custom categories and sub-categories and they will be available from a drop down menu in every message dialog. Just select the item and it will be inserted into the current message. CannedResponses work with all Outlook forms, including tasks, appointments, and notes. Compatible with Outlook 2000/2002/2003.
