You can search and replace text, append text and automatically save text to a file. In addition, the program can be configured to automatically resize images or prompt you with a crop dialog and then save them to a folder of your choice. Clipboard Saver offers extensive support for Regular Expression search/replace and well as various image quality and resizing settings. You can choose to capture only text, only images, or both.
