drive benchmarking utility CCSIO Benchmark (Cold-cache Sequential I/O Benchmark) is a drive benchmarking utility that measures maximum sequential read/write speed that is achievable for a given volume. The program automatically uses a number of different combinations for IO buffer count, IO buffer size and IO caching mode parameters and finds one that delivers the highest throughput rate. There's nothing else to configure, just select the drive you want to benchmark and click the button to start the process. You can view a real-time graph or the read/write speeds and the average speeds once the benchmark is done. You can also review the raw test data and save the results as text report or screenshot. CCSIO Benchmark works with local drives, removable drives, remote network shares as well as virtual/pseudo devices such as RAM disks and encrypted file containers. Copyright Snapfiles.com
