Flash OS images to SD cards and USB drives balenaEtcher makes it easy and safe to flash OS images to SD cards and USB drives, using a simple 3-step process. Simply select the OS image file you want to use (.iso, zip, .bin etc.), specify the drive you want to flash and start the process. balenaEtcher automatically checks the SD card or drive to make sure it is not corrupt, validates the image file to make sure it is bootable and also makes sure that you don't not accidentally wipe your system drive. My thanks to balena for putting out Etcher. It is simple, direct and works. For my Raspberry Pi OS's it works fast and had no issues with any images written to the SD card. One nice things is that it is Portable so running it from your USB Portable Apps drive is a bonus. show Review details
