perform automatic actions on new files Folder Actions enables you to automatically perform certain actions if files are added to a specified folder. The available actions include: New file alert, copy/move file, rename file, convert image, convert audio, convert video, compress/decompress file and an option to perform a custom action via .bat command execution. You can configure multiple folders and each can have its own folder action assigned. Unfortunately the program only supports a single action for each folder, which means you cannot combine any of the available actions, nor can you apply them in sequence.
