That program has gone in for some upgrades since JPEG2PDF was release in 2015. Now there is support for more image format types then before. As I mentioned before this program is portable and should be in your PortableApps toolbox. There are a couple of added configurations which make dumping files easier like: Use image folder or User EXIF orientation if present and of course outputting to PDF or XPS.
