Awesome art 5 stars by gimpguy Apr 02, 2011 (Read all my 1159 reviews)
Well at first I was thinking, oh great, another wannabe paint application but after use, I was not disappointed. Let me first get this out of the way, I do like scraping a bit and moving oil paint around and have not been able to get this out of it yet but it may be I haven't yet found the correct method. ArtRage is great but you need to pay for it and it's becoming bloated and more of a "look what you can do with no talent" type painting program. I have been looking for something similar to use for painting and until NOW, I haven't found what fit my style "simple free hand" painting. This is one of the most natural paint programs I have found as of yet and love the shortcut features to disable windows or bring them back when I want the brush or paint out of the way. Very easy interface, layering, runs well, and for us natural type painters, this is an excellent application. There are NUMEROUS brush editing options to tune and save your brushes the way YOU want them. This will be staying on my computer for a long time. show Review details
Cant fault it! 5 stars by myopiaplus Mar 29, 2011
With a pressure sensitive tablet, therell be no stopping you. Ive had other paint programs, Gimp, Coral, ArtRage (came with the tablet, I got rid of it) and Paintnet which is very useful. Its not too heavy on resources, Ive only got a smallish laptop and it handles it fine. This is more to do with drawing and is a convenient replacement for genuine artists brushes and pencils, crayons etc. I only use about 6 of the brushes but there are other useful effects too numerous to mention. Ive had loads of fun, it cost NOTHING! I dont even know how to contribute. show Review details
