network time client and server NetTime is an Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) client that you can use to keep your system time synchronized with Internet or LAN time servers. You can configure multiple time servers, set the frequency of the time check, activate logging and also, as an optional safety measure, let the program prompt you if the time adjustment would make significant changes to your system time. NetTime can be run as a local application or Windows service and optionally act as a time server for other network clients. The program supports SNTP as well as RFC868 via TCP or UDP.
