photo collage creator PhotoSpills is a photo collage creation software that you can use to create collages (spills) from a variety of preset templates or custom designs. You can pick your collage style and then follow the step-by-step wizard to select the photos you want to use and make changes to the layout and appearance. PhotoSpills allows you to customize your collage with backgrounds, image borders, themed templates, image captions and various other details. Although we think the interface could use some improvements, PhotoSpils is fairly easy to use and you should be able to create nice looking collages without too much tinkering. Unfortunately, the program provides limited control over the arrangement of your photos. All your collages are arranged in random order, there is no manual control over image placement (e.g. you cannot drag and drop images around) and there are not editing features to size, pan or crop your photos to make them fit better.
