email validation tool Smart Email Verifier lets you check a list of email addresses to determine which email addresses are valid and which are not. It offers 3 levels of checking; syntax checking, DNS Zone and SMTP mail server verification. You can enter email addresses manually, check a single address or import them from an ODBC source or the Windows Address Book (WAB). When importing from an ODBC source, you can select the column names and also limit the import by row numbers. In addition, the program supports popular file formats including Excel, Text (.CSV), Word and others, which can be imported via ODBC drivers (if installed). It does not support direct import of text based files. Additional features include verification scheduling, custom validation rules and session based verification, which allows you to check only email addresses that have not been validated within the past X days.
