The program includes 20 different retro styles which can be combined with light patterns, simulated vignetting and different image frames to achieve a wide range of vintage image effects. The real-time preview makes it easy to tweak the default settings for each effect by changing color balance, exposure, contrast and other details. You can also tune the opacity for light and vignetting layers to achieve stronger or more subtle retro effects. Great look to photos

This definitely has enough options for that retro look, noise, frames, etc... but I liked the lighting effects as well. What really brings it together is learning to tweak each setting to get the most out of it but it's definitely a great little app for giving photos the "retro" look.
