Once you get used to the view, it's easy to navigate and understand what everything's about. I haven't used it much in the last few weeks , but when I do, it's great to have. The way the usagespace, etc... is mapped is very cool.

This utility works wonders for visualizing 'file noise' on my hard-drive. I absolutely love it!

This is the original visually-intuitive hard drive-mapping software. I've used this for years and have been very happy with it. I've noticed after a while that it's installed, however, that this program will sometimes take much longer to finish gathering results, usually appearing to have frozen or locked-up. I've since used WinDirStat (also available here at SnapFiles). WinDirStat is largely inspired by SequoiaView and has improved on the interface and function. Whichever program works for you will get the job done nicely either way.

As some who regularly has to free up space on networked drives I find this tool invaluable for finding who or what is using up all the disk space. The interface is so impressive visually that even passers-by often comment with an "ooh.. whats that?"
