The program id's the callers phone number with the added benefit that once you enter a name with the phone number, the entered name rather than the telephone ID name comes up each time they call. It is a basic, but good program, for anyone wanting a list of callers. In my personal case, by entering the account numbers in the data bank along with their names, I have a heads up on their file when I answer the phone or moments there after. As the program sits on the desktop for all to see, it would be nice if the display box would be a little snappier. Thanks show Review details
