I was torn between a 3 and 4 star on this.
Why? Well, it has great filters and very good at color manipulation but to be honest, you can use many editors to do the same thing.
BUT for beginners or those who simply aren't into more detailed editing and want a quick color fix, yes, this is great but compared to more in depth editors, it's not what I'd call spectacular in comparison. To be fair, it is an awesome color filter photo editor in it's own right. Like I said, torn on this.
One negative, while it does not say it's ad supported, there is an ad that runs in the lower right, mainly it's own material but still, it's an ad. It can be disabled but it was enabled by default.
All in all, a great photo color fix or edit for many, definitely something to try and to keep around and easy to use. I think a lot of people will be happy with this and should be, but if you are (again) a more advanced photo edit or graphics user, this will hold little in the way of the wow factor.
