My old computer crashed and burned, so I needed to get the over 17K songs I have on my iPod transferred over to my new computer. I was hoping this product would do it, however, it only "found" 2023 files. So now I'm not sure how to get the other 15K+ songs onto my new laptop. The user interface is pretty simple, but on the flip side of that - there really are no features where you can even try to see if you can rescue more files either. You're kind of stuck with what the software gives you. I guess you get what you pay for, and since this is free, I can't say it's a bad value for the price. Just would have liked it to do what was advertised. show Review details
