Couple of clicks and your computer is protected from malware, spyware, etc. Also has a file locker to protect selected files and folders from any changes.
I've never been a big fan of anti-virus programs (avast, mse, norton, etc.) and have quit using them altogether. I still use malwarebytes and superantispyware in demand modes only. But no longer bother with programs that have 100+meg of virus definitions and have to be constantly updated.
Not overly concerned because I reload my OS once a month, but using Time Freeze gives me extra confidence that I can live without any of the large anti-virus programs that bog my old computers down.

Typically I use a Virtual OS to test most anything on. If safe, stable, I will use it on my main machine. This truly aids in not having to use another VM. As stated prior, it's very easy to use, you run it, decide to save changes or not. As per the prior poster, I too deleted files, browsed, installed and everything went back to normal after a reboot, no history was saved, no files changed, very nice.
I do get the "Start Windows Normally" and the statement that it did not shut down correctly after the initial reboot when shutting off Toolwiz Time Freeze. No big deal, start normally, away you go. They have a slew of free products which I'll be trying soon, and yes, while using TTF :-)
This is a very safe means to try and run or download new software or browse. I suggest using it.

This program works well. I used it on a computer I was getting ready to rebuild for a new purpose. I did this to protect my main machine.
Simply enough installed the program. Then added some files, deleted some files, installed some programs and changed some settings. Rebooted computer and all changes gone and deleted files still there.
I think this would be great to use if you browse websites recklessly or want to protect you machine when visitors want to use your system.
Please note, this program has no instructions, however anyone who would even consider using it should have no problems figuring it out. Basically there is only one screen with a few options. That's why 4 stars.
