Rick is wrong ! You can upload 32MB by default and 64MB if you use api for VirusTotal. PhrozenSoft VirusTotal Uploader is by far the best option to scan processes and files from your PC to VirusTotal. show Review details

The current api for VirusTotal (using their own upload app) allows 32MB uploads. This app only allows 20MB - maybe using an old api version? In addition PPMON32.exe (a file not needed for the program to work at least on x64), is triggering a few hits by AVs.
