There are several PDF file manipulation programs, most of which are good. PDF Shaper is an example of a very practical program, easy to use and with sufficient and useful features. This program has a lot to offer to people who want to manipulate PDF files. It has a number of tools that are listed on the main interface. once you select what you want to do it pop-ups a separate utility to do the performing task. The only thing that is clunky is entering the page numbers that you want to do some task with which means you have to know exactly the pages numbers. I think this is great for large documents so you can affect change to the specific pages you want. But in smaller to medium documents if you could view the PDF and just tag the pages would be a nice feature. Nonetheless, it Works wonderfully and consistently. Two-Thumbs Up!
