ServersCheck Monitoring Software runs as a local service and is administrated via a web browser interface that provides statistical graphs and access to all configuration options. The alert options include notifications via email, SMS or MSN as well as sound alerts and command executions. Unlike many other monitoring tools, ServersCheck can alert you of an issue even when your network is down by using and optional hardware GSM modem (sold separately), which sends out alerts via SMS to your phone. As of version 12.0.0 the software is completely free to use, for as long as you want, on as many systems as you want. Copyright

Nice monitoring software 4 stars by busybusy Sep 05, 2018 (Read all my 254 reviews)
Servercheck was easy to install and configure for devices I wanted to keep tabs on. It does have a nice selection of methods to determine if systems or devices are in given states. Like a simple PING option to see if a printer or workstation is online. They have email alerts for admistrators to get notified of any device that may have gone down. The interface of their older version seem better then the current simplistic view they have today. But overall it works. show Review details

This software is not only comprehensive but easy to use at the same time. It's great for large businesses and corporations but at the same time is excellent for small business and home networks because you get 20 free monitors without having to buy the software! Been using it for years and will no doubt continue. show Review details
