lock and unlock your PC with a USB stick USB Raptor enables you to turn any USB flash drive into a security token that can be used to lock and unlock your computer. The program can automatically lock the system when a specific USB drive is removed from the computer and unlock the computer when the drive is plugged back into any USB port. USB Raptor works by constantly checking all USB ports for the presence of a specific unlock tokem with encrypted content. If this specific file is found the computer stays unlocked otherwise the computer is locked. To lock your PC, simple pull out the special USB key and walk away. Good security but needs updating.

I was going to use this for my new laptop because I'll be using it around a lot of other people but USB Raptor would only recognize my USB 2.0 thumbdrive but not my USB 3.0 ones. Also, I had to create a key file twice before it would work properly. Other than those issues it was 'fairly good' but not excellent for it's intended purpose. I've decided not to use it though because I have very few USB 2.0 drives left and they're mostly in use.

Works pretty well but can easily be disable in safe mode.
