Nice monitoring software

Servercheck was easy to install and configure for devices I wanted to keep tabs on. It does have a nice selection of methods to determine if systems or devices are in given states. Like a simple PING option to see if a printer or workstation is online. They have email alerts for admistrators to get notified of any device that may have gone down. The interface of their older version seem better then the current simplistic view they have today. But overall it works.

This software is not only comprehensive but easy to use at the same time. It's great for large businesses and corporations but at the same time is excellent for small business and home networks because you get 20 free monitors without having to buy the software! Been using it for years and will no doubt continue.
