Would be perfect but for major design flaw by bolgwrad

...Which is that 3RVX completely takes over your mouse wheel at all times. There's no option (as there is in Volume2) to have 3RVX only operate over the taskbar, desktop or tray etc.
Using another application that has mousewheel functions? Forget it.
But for this flaw, I'd replace Volume2 with 3RVX; it's got a better skin, it seems less flaky, and uses fewer resources.

I am surprised that more people have not commented on this app. It is simple and works great on my Win7 box. It has a lot of options you can set from which monitor to display the volume control on, skin config, hot-key support, along with mixer integration. It is a wonderful addition to my system. It is all in the visual appearance that put this on my pick list.
I have to give it two-thumbs up! Get it, use it, rate it!
Kudos to Matthew for this very cool program. Cheers.

Definitely a good volume control app and I typically don't use one. You can choose skins, set keys, where it's located and more.
I truly would have given this a 5 if there was a way to make it stay without fading, I would like to have it show constantly but it simply won't no matter what I set it at.
Aside from that, yep, will definitely be keeping this one.
