I have used this tiny program to resolve issues with so many computers and it has never let me down. You do need to know what you are doing in terms of disabling existing antivirus etc and you do need to be patient while it does its job, but seriously it has been of huge assistance to me in the past. The other comment I would make is never download it until you need it. It is updated regularly and as such you are best to download the latest file at the point of need. show Review details
