It supports all the standard text formatting features as well as tables, auto-correct and spell checking as-you-type. The interface is easy to use and offers customizable toolbars, hotkeys and sound effects (which can be turned off). It includes a clip library for quick access to frequently used text snippets or images, font formatting previews, and many other features aimed to improve your workflow. Atlantis Word Processor also supports dynamic field values, useful to create document templates, integrated backup, export to HTML and optional 256-bit encryption to securely store sensitive documents. Go to tools ---> Install to portable drive. It will carry over a portable version and all your settings to the pen drive. I also like how easy it is to "save as .epub" show Review details

This app is advertised as 'portable.' That it is not. It not only writes new folders and files to your PC, but entries to your registry, as well. That is certainly not my definition of 'portable.' show Review details

I'd buy this program like a shot if it had support for tables -- unfortunately, most of my documents contain tables, so I can't use it. Very frustrating. In most other ways, this is an excellent lightweight replacement for Word. show Review details
