You can choose to convert individual images or process an entire folder at one. In addition to the format conversion, you can also resize the images and optionally append a suffix to the file name. The program also includes a handy photo montage generator that can automatically create a montage image or photo pile from the photos in a specified folder. You can choose from different montage styles, adjust the size of the snapshots and customize the background. We found the montage generator to be more appealing than the image conversion features. The conversion UI could be further improved to a single drag-n-drop tab instead of having separate tabs for individual and folder conversions. Batch conversion could also use the "Constrain Proportions" option, in case users want an exact resize for multiple images. Apart from that, a fast and light tool which gets the job done no doubt. Just downloaded this program to try it on a folder filled with captures from a DVD, which were saved in BMP format. Set output to JPG, set output size to the same as the originals, and let it go. Left the room to get something and when I came back, they were all done, nice and easy. show Review details
