I am a web-administrator, a web-designer and a web and non-web programmer. I can decently consider myself as being some computer-literate user, or "over-average" computer user.
Yet, i had some problems setting up popfile for my gmail account. The documentation is not very well done, and i had to find my answer using google searches. Then, i did set up a few rules within popfile.
Now, i have to say that my computer is on 24/7, and outlook is on too as a background task. And often, popfile crashes randomly without any evident cause, nor any warning out of the system warning.
The way PopFile works is good, because it can filter all mail, and works with all e-mail clients. But its instability makes it a bad choice for everyday use.
