It installed on first try, however, left no trace of the program, after a reinstall, then it was there. Onward...
While this has what seems to be some neat options, when you can figure them out, "I thought I did but could get nothing to work as it should", I do believe it simply split what you copy, into groups and nothing more.
I am still scratching my head as to how to get something copied into it, thinking as with others, you simply copy something, it goes from clipboard to the software in question. Either I'm wrong or it's simply not working.
All in all, I will stay with my current cliboard utility, it copies, backs up,does far more, and straight forward, mainly all the things this is lacking.
If someone else can get this working, more power to them, like I said, either it's buggy or just the way it is, either case, it's uninstalled and will not return.
